Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided) and your message. When you complete the CFO Readiness Scorecard, we collect your name, email address, company name (if provided), annual revenue range (if provided), your answers and your resulting score.

Information collected automatically. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how our website is used. It records anonymous, aggregated information such as pages visited, the referring site, general location (country, region and city), browser, operating system and device type. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally. Our hosting provider also processes technical information, such as IP addresses, to deliver the website and keep it secure.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or for targeted advertising.

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, including:

• Vercel, which hosts our website and provides website analytics
• Resend, which delivers the emails generated by our contact form and scorecard
• Microsoft 365, which hosts our business email, where your submissions are received

These providers may process information only on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger, sale or reorganization of our business.

Our website does not currently use cookies. Your browser may store your light or dark display preference locally so the site remembers it; this stays on your device and is not sent to us. If we add advertising or analytics tools that use cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

We keep contact and scorecard submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our business relationship, and then delete them unless we are required to keep them for legal, tax or accounting reasons.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing jared@f2advisorygroup.com. Depending on where you live, including California, the European Union, the United Kingdom and India, you may have additional rights under local law. We will not treat you differently for exercising them.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to our website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We are based in the United States, and the information you submit is processed and stored in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country.

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last changed.
